Many of us Agilists do (agile) organizational development (OD) but have no formal education in it. In this training, we explicitly focus on the OD part of Agile Coaching. You will get to know the OHIR cycle and apply it purposefully in your day-to-day work. This iterative, systemic OD process will be applied to your particular exaples so you can enrich your method and knowledge toolbox and get started on the very next day.
